Begin by completing the Sell Item Form with accurate and detailed information about your item. Make sure to include:

Product name and description
Condition of the item, including any defects or signs of wear and tear. Be as specific as possible.
Photographs of the item, especially highlighting any defects or damaged areas, if applicable.
Your expected price

Providing clear and honest details will speed up the process!

Step 2: Receive PreLoved.my’s Preliminary Offer

After reviewing the details and photos you’ve submitted, PreLoved.my will send you a Preliminary Offer for your item.

Step 3: Agree and Ship Your Item

If you’re satisfied with the offer, confirm your acceptance and ship your item to PreLoved.my for a final evaluation.

Step 4: Final Inspection and Approval

Once your item arrives, PreLoved.my will carry out a Final Inspection to verify its condition and ensure it matches the provided details, including checking any noted defects.

If the item passes inspection, it will be approved for sale.
If the item is declined, you can choose to collect it or have it returned (shipping fees apply).

Step 5: Get Paid!

Once approved, you’ll sign a Sale Agreement and receive payment within 1 to 3 days.
